Push yourself to LIFT 2-3x per week
We all know that we need to lift more, but do we really push ourselves when we do? Lifting weights doesn’t have to be boring! I teach a LIFT class 4x a week at the gym so I urge all clients try one, if you haven’t. Lifting is important because it’s the most effective way to burn fat FAST. Increasing you intensity with lifting (ie doing supersets, or lifting heavy or hard) will get you the best results if accompanied with proper diet.
