Erin received her 200-hour yoga teaching certification in 2014 in her home state of Ohio. She has been practicing since 2012, and what started as a fitness hobby soon grew into a passion. Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, Erin can accommodate those newer to the practice through slower, alignment-based flows to build a mind-body connection, or for those looking for something fast-paced, she can help you build that inner fire. Outside of yoga, as of spring 2019 she has finished graduate school with coursework for a Master of Science in Nutrition. She is currently in her clinical internship and is open for nutrition counseling whether it be for those looking for general health advice to those with medical conditions. She also loves to spend time outdoors, paint, and do aerial silks.
