Ben has a long history with athletics and strength training. He played football at the University of Delaware from 2011-2015. He ended his collegiate career as a two-time all-conference player and was an all-American his senior year. Since, he’s has had stints with the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), the Calgary Stampeders (CFL) and the Washington valor (AFL). His passion for personal training began in 2012, where he began training himself and his peers in powerlifting. Ben’s current training style focuses on weightlifting, functional training and conditioning. His goal is to help people find the most efficient way to reach their goals and push them along the way as they continue on their journey.
