Congratulations to Team Member of the Month, Ben Curtis! Ben has a long history of athletics and strength training. He played football at the University of Delaware from 2011-2015. He ended his collegiate career as a two-time all-conference player and was an all-American his senior year.

Ben has since had stints with the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), the Calgary Stampeders (CFL), and the Washington Valor (AFL). His passion for personal training began in 2012, where he began training himself and his peers in powerlifting. Ben’s current training style focuses on weightlifting, functional training, and conditioning. His goal is to help people find the most efficient way to reach their goals and push them along the way as they continue on their journey.

Ben’s an amazing Coach and Trainer who never hesitates to go the extra mile for his clients. We are lucky to have him in our Team and excited for his growth as a Personal Trainer! Check him out in LIFT classes on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and Bootcamp Tuesday mornings!
