We are excited to announce that, beginning November 2nd, Coach Katie will be returning to the studio to launch her first-ever transformation program! Her new, one-of-a-kind, enrollment program is a specialized small group training that draws from her dance background, as well as her fitness certifications, in order to provide clients with the training necessary to become stronger and more agile while increasing their physical stamina, as well as their range of motion and balance. Don’t let the word dance fool you … this is NOT another ‘dance-based group fitness class’ and, unless you opt-in for the 3-day a week training option, you will not- dance at all. But you WILL develop all of the athletic traits and abilities that dancers possess.
There are two options available for this transformation program – either a two (2) or three (3) day a week program. Both programs include an ENDURANCE session, and a STRENGTH & STABILITY session with the 3x per week option adding on a TECHNIQUE session (this is the dance technique training that2x per week clients will not receive).

The ENDURANCE session is anhour-long HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Cardio training combined. The STRENGTH & STABILITY session incorporates weight training and body-weight exercises with a functional movement focus, to increase range of motion and power; rather than simply isolating one muscle or muscle group, you will “train your muscles on how to work together” in order to get the most out of your movement – whether in your workout or daily life. The first enrollment will be 6-weeks long and, as with all of our current small group training limited to a maximum of eight (8) people.

This test group will begin on Monday, November 2nd and conclude on Friday, December 18th training will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. Fridays are the technique training days for those clients in the 3x per week program. No training will take place on the week of November 23rd; however, a midsession follow-up consultation will take place with Coach Katie to discuss progress thus far. All clients will receive a 1-hour initial consultation with Coach Katie prior to the start of the program, as well as a 30-minute final consultation at the conclusion of the program to assess results.

The regular cost of this 6-week enrollment is $408 for 2 sessions per week and $528 for 3 sessions per week; however, this initial launch is being offered at the for 2 $255 introductory rates of sessions per week and $330 for 3 sessions per week (that’s over a 35% discount)!

Also, all clients enrolled in this initial launch test group will be grandfathered in for ALL future enrollments with Coach Katie at this introductory rate! We anticipate spaces will go quickly so early registration is recommended.
As a program different than anything we have currently seen on the market, we are excited to be the first gym/facility to offer it!
