Personal training at emPOWERed Fitness provides an intimate and customized approach to one on one fitness training. Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase your speed or agility, train for a competition, or build muscle, we have a staff of trainers with expertise in all areas of fitness that will help you get the job done. Our state of the art weight room is stacked with all of the equipment you could ever possibly need-some of which you can’t find anywhere else in Maryland. With the only Hi-Trainer in the state, we guarantee to improve your explosiveness and balance.  We also have:

Personal Training is not just for seasoned athletes or fitness buffs. Whether you are brand new to working out and just don’t know where to start, or if you’ve just been looking to kick your regimen up a notch, you’ll be glad you made the leap into personal training.

Juggling busy schedules can be hectic, so we offer different session lengths to provide you with options that will work with your life- not against it. Sessions are available in 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes.
