This plan is personalized to your specific goals and includes an UNLIMITED class membership to emPOWERed fitness for your training plan. The workouts will include emPOWERed classes to track, as well as, any additional training you and your coach decide on. Workouts can be done in class, at home, or in another gym.

You will receive monthly Nutrition check-in consultations. This is where you coach will track your progress and adjust your plan over time. Meal planning is very flexible to your lifest

In addition to in person weight training sessions at emPOWERed, everything you need to transform your physique will be available in your App including step by step guide to shred stubborn fat, tracking your LIFT class progress, personalized cardio routine, custom nutrition plan, meal prep cookbook, and access to your coach.

16 Week Booty Builder

This 16 week program is designed to sculpt your body, especially your glutes! You will grow your backside and shed stubborn body fat by following a meal plan that is macro based and weight training program. This will allow you to be more flexible with your food choices, while getting real results. There are 4-5 workouts weekly delivered through the app and precise plan for meal plan, meal prep, and cardio.
