Insanity Classes at emPOWERed

 Insanity is a total body workout that uses body weight for resistance based on a fitness method called “Max Interval Training”. As a high intensity workout, you use  burst of movements for long periods of time and short periods of rest. 

This is a high-energy workout packed with cardio drills, plyometrics, and body weight strength moves, and all levels are welcome.
