Sessions are only 30 minutes long and focus on explosive movements that will maximize your workout time, and allow you to burn up to 400 calories in under an hour.

Our GRIT™ sessions run for 8 weeks, with classes twice a week. Each week you will engage in one GRIT Strength workout, as well as one GRIT Cardio or one GRIT Plyo workout on a rotating schedule.

GRIT™ is highly challenging, and is recommended for those with a moderate to advanced fitness level and are looking to kick their workouts up a notch. It won’t take long for you to see results in your body, or notice a difference in your stamina.
