GRITLES MILLS GRIT offers high-intensity interval workouts that will increase your aerobic capacity and accelerate fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance and power. Sessions are only 30 minutes long, and focus on explosive movements that will maximize your workout time & allow you to burn up to 400 calories in under an hour.
GRIT™ is composed of 3 different workouts: Les Mills GRIT Plyo, Les Mills GRIT Cardio, and Les Mills GRIT Strength.
Les Mills Grit Plyo focuses on muscular endurance, stamina, and strength by incorporating the principles of plyometrics. These principles work to create a lean and athletic shape by transforming muscle fiber.
Les Mills GRIT Cardio burns fat and increases your overall athletic capability. This is a high impact workout that will burn calories for hours after you’ve finished.
Les Mills GRIT Strength works your entire body to develop strength and lean muscles.
Our GRIT sessions run for 8 weeks, with classes twice a week. Each week you will engage in one GRIT Strength workout, as well as one GRIT Cardio or one GRIT Plyo workout on a rotating schedule.
GRIT™ is highly challenging, and is recommended for those with a moderate to advanced fitness level and are looking to kick their workouts up a notch. It won’t take long for you to see results in your body, or notice a difference in your stamina.
Wear normal workout clothes, and bring a water bottle and a towel- you’ll definitely need both!
