COMMIT TO GRIT 8 WEEK CHALLENGE

The workout designed to get you fit FAST!  

This is an 8 week challenge with a small class size (8 per coach/time-slot) to ensure a personal training type experience. You will track and measure your progress of speed, strength, and overall athletic conditioning.


30 minute High-intensity interval workouts will increase your aerobic capacity and accelerate fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance and power. Workouts switch between short bursts of intensity and recovery periods-the best way to increase fitness, tone muscle, lose fat and become more athletic.

The Grit Study

Grit was studied for 6 weeks. Participants substituted their regular cardio workout for TWO 30 min Grit classes per week.
The Results.....
Strength Gains:
15.7% increase leg strength
21.9% increase back strength
Cardio Gains:
6.4 increase cardio
Body Composition Changes:
14.5% drop in triglycerides
2.1% body fat lost
2.5 cm waist circumference
