The Small Group Transformation (SGT) program is more than halfway through, and the clients are loving being back in the gym sweating with their #fitfam. There is very limited space for the next 6-week session, which begins November 2nd. The time slots available are:
M/W/F at 6:00 AM
M/TU/TH at 6:30 PM
This class is a high energy class which, combines HIIT style training, weight lifting, and nutrition to shred body fat, increase lean muscle, and boost cardio endurance.
This program is six weeks long with eight clients or less per training. The training will be 1 hour long, 3x per week. You will be assigned additional workouts and have access to other Zoom training sessions. Nutrition will be a big part of this group’s success, and progress will be closely monitored.
For the health and safety of all clients and Trainers, the gym will be specifically reserved for each time slot, with a 20-minute buffer between appointments to allow us to sanitize and clean. Check out the links below to reserve your spot! SAVE YOUR SPOT!
