Foam rolling, a method of self-myofascial release, assists your body’s recovery process by decreasing muscular tension and trigger points, while increasing circulation and range of motion. Stretching regularly helps to lengthen muscles, as well as expand the mobility of other soft tissues, which increases your degree of flexibility – one of the essential components to physical fitness that is often overlooked in our routines.

In each class participants will be guided through various foam rolling and stretching techniques, targeting major muscle groups, to provide a flexibility focused workout.
