What is Melissa’s Transformation Program?

Melissa’s Small Group Transformation Program is a six-week small group program with less than eight clients per training. The training is one hour long, with options of three times per week. Each client is assigned additional workouts and have access to other Zoom training sessions as well.

Nutrition is a big part of the success of this group, and progress is closely monitored. The Coach makes sure each individual meets his or her own goals while working with other partners for accountability and challenge each other.

For the health and safety of all clients and Trainers, the gym will be specifically reserved for each time slot, with a 20-minute buffer between appointments to allow us to sanitize and clean.
