Our Yoga classes inspire to improve your body and your mind to help you achieve better overall wellness. You will increase your core strength and flexibility, and leave feeling relaxed and re-centered. You’ll focus on breathing and stretching while incorporating Tai Chi and Pilates inspired movements. You’ll feel a sense of calm as you improve your concentration and focus.
Whether you prefer to reset your focus at the beginning, middle, or end of your week, Yoga is an effective recovery class that will enhance your weekly workout regimen.
What if you’ve never taken a Yoga class before? It’s ok! Don’t be intimidated; your instructor will show you what to do. It may take three of four classes for you to fully recognize and commit the moves to memory, but you won’t feel left behind.
What do I bring? Just plan on wearing comfortable clothing that is conducive to stretching. You can bring your own Yoga mat if you prefer- or you can use one of ours. Shoes are typically not worn during class, so feel free to go barefoot or wear non-slip socks that will grip the mat and floor appropriately. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and a friend!
