emPOWERed Fitness offers various TRX classes including TRX bootcamp, TRX Core conditioning, and TRX60, where all levels are welcome.

TRX Bootcamp is a Circuit style class that incorporates numerous TRX suspension exercises – leveraging gravity and your body weight – along with other strength & cardio based movements, including free weights and other functional training tools. This class will help strengthen and tone all major muscle groups along with camaraderie and fun.

TRX Core Conditioning employs facets of your entire body while paying extra attention to your core using the TRX specifically focusing on the mid-section, back & glutes.

TRX60 is a born Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body-weight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
