What is Sports Performance Training?

Sports Performance Training conditions your body to be faster, stronger, and more agile so that you can rise to the top of your athletic game.

Students will learn the fundamentals of proper strength and agility training, while conditioning the body for speed and endurance.
Located at emPOWERed Fitness, the program provides student athletes with access to a state-of-the-art weight room; the facility is fully equipped with the proper strength and cardio equipment needed for all levels of training, including dumbbells, kettle bells, squat racks, the only Hi-Trainer in MD, the Jacob’s ladder, SkiErgs & row machines, Olympic plates, and turf. Sessions will run in a small group setting, with three to six students at a time. The program not only provides the physical component of athletic training, but also the mental; students will learn to venture out of their comfort zones and gain the confidence needed to be an asset on any team.

Strength:
8 Sessions- $150
16 Sessions- $220
24 Sessions- $300

Speed & Agility:
8 Sessions- $160
16 Sessions- $280
24 Sessions- $390

Drop-in’s are $25 a class.
