Our most popular class! It's like working with a personal training but having the motivation from the community in this small group class. The LIFT training class is centered around weight training, bursts of cardio, and athletic performance. In this class you will find exercises like Deadlifts and Squats on the strength side, equipment like Jacob's Ladder, Skiierg, Treadmills, and Rowers on the cardio side and Plyo Boxes and Battle Ropes on the performance side.
Much like our LIFT class, this Dumbbell version focuses on foundational weight training exercises but can incorporate a higher volume to maximize cardio endurance, along with strength training. This is a great class for any fitness level. Beginners will learn form and practice basics and advanced clients will find a challenge with the volume and cardio element. This class is offered virtually.
The ultimate HIIT workout! This 30 minute High Intensity workout will bring all the elements of strength, cardio, and athletic performance together for this fast paced workout. This class is scientifically proven to make you faster and burn more calories- but you're gonna WORK!
Nominated for Baltimore's Best Barre Class with the Baltimore Sun, this class combines a classic Barre mix of Ballet and Pilates with the emPOWERed style training that will get results. Along with traditional Barre movements, this class incorporates bursts of cardio and weight training for an full body burn and sculpt.

We came up with the perfect solution – BOXING AND BARBELLS. We combine the principles of competitive boxing and weight training with our high energy coaches and encouraging community.
This is a Bootcamp style class but "Small Group Training" best describes it. By keeping class size smaller, trainers can work closer with clients on form and pushing cardio limits. This is a great class to begin with to build the foundations needed for LIFT, but also great for more advanced clients to maintain conditioning.
