This class is the foundation of all of our programs. LIFT classes are programmed with a purpose! We designed these classes to rotate through a bodybuilding style full body workout to sculpt a woman's physique, build muscular strength, and improve endurance.
Classes are carefully designed by our Personal Trainers to follow a 12 week rotating schedule. This allows for members to progress effectively and master the skills needed in weight training
The ultimate HIIT workout! This 30 minute High Intensity workout will bring all the elements of strength, cardio, and athletic performance together for this fast paced workout. This class is scientifically proven to make you faster and burn more calories- but you're gonna WORK!
This class combines the foundations of classic barre class with weight training and HIIT.
Sculpting the muscles mean you have to BUILD them, and traditional barre lacks the fundamentals of muscle building. This is why our Barre class includes strength building techniques like weight training alongside cardio, core, and of course, classic Barre techniques (with a twist)
Have you wanted to increase your cardio but machines bore you? Ever taken a boxing class but craved more weight lifting? Have you felt intimidated walking into a training facility or boxing gym? We came up with the perfect solution – BOXING AND BARBELLS. We combine the principles of competitive boxing and weight training with our high energy coaches and encouraging community.
Recovery, mobility, and, spirituality are just as important to the emPOWERed team as the hard hitting classes.
