Angela’s passion for fitness turned into something much more after two years of training with Bernie. With 17 years of dance experience and as captain of her cheerleading squad, she has always lived an active life. Now, she aspires to create an environment empowering others to find their motivation to become their best self. In her free time and as a mother of two, she enjoys giving back to the community.

Bernie has a long standing history in sports and athletics. He started playing football at age 5 and continued through college to eventually play for a Semi-pro team in Wisconsin. He has always had a passion as a personal trainer and boxing coach. He has piloted a boxing/kickboxing/muay thai program which is a hybrid between the 3 fighting styles and incorporates HIIT to increase caloric burn. Bernie desires to inspire and motivate every person he meets helping them realize that the strength needed to achieve success in every facet of life is found from within.
Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Coach
Trevor is a seasoned athlete, a wrestling and football coach, and has over 7 years of experience as a personal trainer. In college, Trevor played football for Towson University while pursuing his Bachelor’s in Business & Economics. Post college, Trevor was invited to attend Rookie Mini Camp for the New York Jets & the Baltimore Ravens, and has since been invited to work with many CFL teams. Trevor focuses his training on sports performance, strength, speed, and agility, and also works with many high school and college athletes. Trevor will help you push past your comfort zone and realize your abilities!

Jolene started her fitness journey about 3 years ago after her mother passed away from Lung Cancer suddenly during her pregnancy. She started running and joined a gym, never looking back. Fitness has changed her mentally and physically. She has a passion to help others feel empowered to live a healthy lifestyle. Jolene enjoys running, lifting weights, and yoga. Currently, Jolene is working on her CPT with NASM and recently received her certification for Les Mills GRIT.
Anne Marie Aristone
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Barre Instructor
Anne Marie has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2005. Her background in classical ballet and resistance training met their match when she discovered the Lotte Berk Barre Method. She has been teaching Barre since 2008 and it has truly become a passion, To further her education in resistance training, Anne Marie has completed the Resistance Training Specialist courses and become Pilates Certified through Balanced Body. Her specialties include postural correction, strength training post injury rehab, heling women learn to love weight training and building better butts!
Julie has been teaching Barre and Balletone since 2016. She enjoys teaching dynamic sequences that help her clients feel strong, graceful, and elegant as they build muscular endurance and core strength. In addition, Julie is certified in Reformer 1 and looks forward to continuing her education in the field of Pilates.
Shannen grew up in Baltimore and began her dance training at the age of 8. She has trained in the styles of ballet, tap, jazz, modern and some hip hop at Royal Performing Arts Center in Dundalk, MD. She went to high school for dance as well and was selected to be in Patapsco High School’s Dance Company. Shannen attended Towson University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She began to teach for her dance studio while in college and started to fall in love with this other side of dancing. It was that love for teaching and dancing that propelled her to become a Zumba Instructor and later a Baltimore Barre Instructor. Whether it is teaching dance classes or group fitness classes, Shannen wants her students to experience the same joy that she feels from moving the body. She aims to bring fun and excitement to each class so her students can walk out with their heads held high and a smile on their faces!

Katie has over 25 years of dance experience and has taught in the Baltimore area for over 15 years. She has studied hip-hop, ballroom, ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and lyrical with renowned teachers and performers, and received over three years of private instruction on International Standard and Latin ballroom dances with a U.S. & World Professional 10-Dance Champion. Katie is the sole proprietor of Socially Danceable which provides lessons in the foundations of ballroom and other forms of social dancing. Katie’s background in dance made her fall in love with the ZUMBA Fitness platform. As a Zumba Fitness instructor since 2012, she has developed a passion for providing group fitness classes, and is excited about her continued training in the fitness arena. Whether through dance or fitness, Katie focuses on instilling the fundamentals, benefits, and joy of movement to all of her clients–regardless of ability!

Lifestyle Coach Kim specializes in nutrition, bodybuilding/competition based preps, and advanced strength training. She has a passion for helping clients overcome any and all obstacles to achieve the best results- both mentally and physically. She believes a goal without a plan is just a wish. It’s never too late to be what you could have been.

Melissa’s love for movement and fitness began at a young age as a competitive dancer. In college that focus shifted to nutrition, as she began to understand it’s importance in performance. She has spent more than a decade in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, small group trainer, and a one on one total wellness coach. Melissa trains and competes in bodybuilding and bikini competitions as well. Most recently she started a Meal Prep business, to help people stick to their nutrition goals with clean meals. She has experience training all fitness levels, from athletes to those just starting their fitness journey. Whatever your goal is, she will map out a plan to get there together and have a ton of fun doing it.
