Unlike any other gym or studio in Baltimore County, emPOWERed Fitness is a boutique fitness center that provides an edgy atmosphere and an array of challenging and fun classes that meet the needs of individuals of all fitness levels- from beginners to seasoned athletes. Equipped with a state of the art weight room, two group fitness studios, and a sleek cardio studio, emPOWERed Fitness pairs both the tools and the instructors necessary to reach your goals. Bernie has a long standing history in sports and athletics. He started playing football at age 5 and continued through college to eventually play for a Semi-pro team in Wisconsin.

Jolene started her fitness journey about 3 years ago after her mother passed away from Lung Cancer suddenly during her pregnancy. She started running and joined a gym, never looking back.
