emPOWERed Fitness is not a “Mega Gym”, and we don’t have to follow the same rules. We are a boutique fitness facility offering a variety of specialties that range from Group Fitness to Boxing Training and Aerial Circus Conditioning. You will likely visit emPOWERed for one thing, but find yourself falling in love with something completely new and different. emPOWERed provides a safe and comfortable place for all to reach their unique goals regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. We take the time to meet every client, identify their goals, and develop an attainable plan that will map out the next steps in their journey. From pairing you with the right personal trainer, to matching you with the right schedule of classes, everything is custom tailored so that you get exactly what you want out of your fitness experience. You won’t find a facility with an atmosphere quite like the one at emPOWERed Fitness; it’s a family vibe. When our clients walk in the door, we know them by name, and everyone feels a sense of community and belonging. Even in a group fitness class, you will notice that you are given personal attention, and that’s because our instructors are paying attention.
